مرحبًا بك في "شغيلة"، المنصة الرقمية التي تربط المستخدمين بمقدمي الخدمات الموثوقين في مجالات متعددة تشمل الصيانة المنزلية، الإصلاحات، والخدمات الحرفية المتخصصة. باستخدامك لمنصة شغيلة، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بالشروط والأحكام التالية:
1. 🔐 التسجيل وإنشاء الحساب

قد تفرض شغيلة رسوم خدمة أو عمولة يتم توضيحها عند الحجز.
تخضع عمليات الاسترداد والإلغاء لسياسة الاسترجاع الخاصة بنا.
4. 📅 الحجز والإلغاء
يمكن للعملاء حجز الخدمات حسب التوفر وشروط المزود.
يجب إجراء الإلغاء ضمن الفترة المحددة في تأكيد الحجز.
قد يؤدي تكرار الإلغاء أو عدم الحضور إلى تعليق الحساب.
5. 🛡️ مسؤوليات مقدمي الخدمات
يجب على المزودين تقديم الخدمات بمهنية والتزام بالقوانين المحلية.
يتحمل المزود مسؤولية أدواته، تراخيصه، وتأمينه الخاص.
تحتفظ شغيلة بحق إزالة أي مزود يخالف معايير المنصة.
6. ⭐ التقييمات والمراجعات
يمكن للعملاء ترك تقييمات صادقة بعد إتمام الخدمة.
تراقب شغيلة المراجعات لمنع الإساءة دون تعديل الآراء الحقيقية.
يمكن للمزودين الرد على التقييمات بشرط الحفاظ على الاحترام.
7. 📜 الملكية الفكرية
جميع المحتويات والعلامات التجارية والتصاميم على شغيلة مملوكة للمنصة أو للجهات المرخصة.
يُمنع نسخ أو إعادة نشر أي محتوى دون إذن كتابي مسبق.
8. 🚫 الإنهاء والتعليق
يمكن لشغيلة تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات المخالفة لهذه الشروط.
